Anusha returned to cricket at the age of 15 after taking a break from the game.

Together, we established clear goals and built a structured development plan designed to help her progress towards the professional game.

One of the key steps in her development was encouraging her to challenge herself through men’s cricket, helping build confidence and proving she was capable of competing in stronger environments.

She quickly progressed into Women’s Premier Division cricket, reaching the National Club Finals before continuing her rise through county and regional pathways.

Today, Anusha represents Staffordshire Women’s County Cricket, competes within Women’s Tier 3 cricket and has been selected for the prestigious SACA National Programme.
