Charlie first began working with Gordon Sports at the age of 12.

Recognising his physical attributes, natural pace and long-term potential, our focus was on helping him develop the tools required to succeed at the highest levels of the game.

At just 14 years old, Charlie was playing above his age group within the Warwickshire U15 side that won the ECB County Cup.

His performances earned selection for the Bunbury Festival before progressing into the Super 4s programme and later the England U19 pathway.

At 15, Charlie made his Warwickshire Second XI debut before signing a professional contract at the age of 16.
