GS Skills Sessions are skills-based sessions aimed at young, elite cricketers. These cricketers are those who already playing county and district level cricket and are looking to enhance their fitness, game awareness and develop cricketing skills with both bat and ball. Examples of these skills include playing against spin, how to bowl a Yorker and a variety of other skills. The focus of the sessions will be to provide the player with a grasp how to play in different game situations and development an understanding of cricket as a whole. These sessions are aimed at those with an already existing fundamental knowledge of cricket, which will be developed in these sessions. GS skill sessions aim to further the cricketing mind of elite young cricketers, in addition to aiding them in furthering their base of cricketing skills.
